Matthew Robins is an artist and musician from Cornwall, although he lives in London at the moment.  He has recently performed his work at the V&A, the De La Warr Pavilian, the Blackpool Tower Ballroom, the National Theatre, the Roundhouse, the Theatre Royal Bath and the Barbican, and has made shows for Duckie, Stranger than Paradise and the House of Fairytales.

His most recent work, Matthew Robins' Science Fiction Double Feature, was performed at the National Theatre this summer for Watch This Space, writing and performing two new shows a week and projecting them at night onto the 72ft flytower.  This show featured new episodes from The Death of Flyboy, as well as Walter Knitty, The Eyeders and the Sarah Alexander Arts commission Cabin Doors to Manual.

Matthew is currently working on his new show, Sad Lucy: A Fish Opera, in collaboration with the author and illustrator Viviane Schwarz.
